please give me some advise.

Most of the time it works like this.........
you choose the product you want and then deposit money into that websites bank account and then flash bang boom your money is gone and never to be found again lol.

i reckon you do more research and read the forums on this site and when you come to a knowledgable sensible conclusion then maybe contact admin,he might be able to tell you if the site your buying from is a scam or not..

Cobus it was a pretty daft question, just because some US site tells you these things are legal does not mean much... They are trying to sell them firstly, and secondly US law is different to ours.
No one was being overly aggro here.
As for the law and steroids in SA, they are illegal unless scripted by your doctor. Now this means that underground labs are completely illegal under all circumstances, as they are not government controlled (thanlk god for that) and because i doubt you'll ever be l;ucky enough to find a doc who'll write a script for some PGW supertest.
This means that if you have a kindly doc you can legally get hold of sustanon, deca and depotrone... But never equipoise (vet grade product).

As for fatburners, ECA's are extremely illegal as they contain eph HCL which is not only scheduled but watchlisted due to its use in the manufacture of illicit drugs. Clen im not so sure about, but it certainly aint legal to just aquire

Yeah it is cobus, that was me in april this year. Im about 8kg heavier now but not quite as shredded

nice.... so what do you do? supplements, diets and training? any advice ?

Well I eat a high protein, high carb diet while im bulking which is supplemented with much whey protein from basicsupplements.co.za. Training is a 6 day split:
Mon - chest & abs,
Tues - back and calves
Wed - Quads
Thurs - Shoulders (and maybe calves)
Fri - Bicep and tricep
Sat - Hamstrings and calves
But dont expect what works for me to work for you. Get a diet sorted out first, its the most important thing. Then supplement it with a good whey protein, some glutamine and some creatine. Then plan your training program. Everyone on here will be glad to help you out...
