Carry on from a jacked thread
4 weeks into current 6 week cycle of
test prop weeks 1-6 800mg/week
NPP weeks 1-6 500mg/week
dbol weeks 1-2 50mg/day
winny weeks 5-6 30mg/day
t3 weeks 1-5 125mcg per day (tirating up and down)
clen weeks 4-8 125mcg per day (tirating up)
letro weeks 1-6 0.5mg EOD
HCG weeks 3-5 1,000iu per week
PCT
HCG weeks 7-9 1,000IU per week
nolva weeks 7-11 40mg/day
and the usual vit c, EFA's and the clen will overlap into the first 2 weeks of pct.
Am starting to take Betasleep (Diphenhydramine HCI) today for the clen. Need to get some taurine as well, but forgot.
Trying to get lean on this cycle, so dropped the dbol after 2 weeks as I felt was retaining too much water. Only have enough winny for the last 10 days at 30mg per day, so that was the reason for the dosing.
Running keto diet with calories at 2,000 per day 70:25:5 ratio protein to fat to carbs, excewpt Saturday sinlge cheat meal to replace muscle glycogen
When I'm off the t3 and clen want to start ECA stack. Would like to hear opinions on the T3/clen combo vs ECA stack. So far have dropped a bit of bodyfat, more so when I started the clen on top of the T3, but still not happy.

I'm worried about rebound after the t3 and am toying with the idea of eca after I've finished the t3-clen seems to stop working after a month even taking Diphenhydramine HCI.

I'll let you know how I think it compares. Wasn't blown away by the t3 and clen combo-not bad, but not an overnight change.
Oh well, next stop PCGL

I have plateaued on the keto-been running it solidly in one form or another for a year now, so as soon as this cycle is done I'm going off keto.
I'm worried about rebound after the t3 and am toying with the idea of eca after I've finished the t3-clen seems to stop working after a month even taking Diphenhydramine HCI.
Yohimbe, wanted to share this with you, I also plateaued begining of January after losing some good weight (14kgs) for a few months on keto. I started doing some cardio in the morning as well and started losing again but it was very dificult. So two weeks into January I put my back out, that screwed up the last two weeks of Jan for me, I got really depressed and fell off the bandwagon, started eating really bad, so Feb comes and I get sick another week gone.
After the 3 weeks of binge eating I went back on keto and I couldn't believe it, I picked up only 2kgs during the binge and the weight started coming off like when I first started keto diet, lost almost 5 kgs the first week back on keto, 3 kgs below personal best and still going strong.
So what I'm saying is maybe just have a binge week, posted a study a while back that said that after 6 months the keto diet rate of fat loss becomes similar to normal calorie restriction diets. So maybe just stir things up a bit, confuse it.

Thanks Ultimate-I was thinking the same thing about mixing the body up and it adapting to the diet.

there are a few ways to break that plateau... 1 is taking a week off diet... but there are otherways to do get over this platau...increasing cardio slowely, using fat burners etc or doing proper cheat meals...there is an art to cheats for them to be 100% effective,,,

Also 2000 calories are quite low, what are your stats, if you don't mind me asking. I in no way am trying to say I'm more knowledgeable just trying to learn from your experience.
I'm open to any suggestions on how to get rid of this damn bodyfat
Stats
1.79m
95kg
Not sure on the bodyfat-haven't had it tested but would estimate around 16-17%
Age 32 (33 in July)
When I dropped the calories initially I started seeing some results, but it seems to have stagnated. I gain mass/size very easily, but a lot of bodyfat along with it.
