Gyno exactly one year after cycle?

Straight to the point: my left nipple became sensitive with a medium sized flat lump directly under it. Its been almost one year since my last cycle which i concluded with a pct no3. clomid, nolva & exemestane for a month.I also used hcg 5000 during my whole cycle. I never had any problems during my cycle regarding gyno. It's been a month already and the lump is defenitely not growing anymore.the lump that is there developed in about 2- 3 days. There is also no visible swelling or unusual puffyness. My nipples still look normal. i did however gain a bit of body fat and wonder if this might be the cause of the possible gyno.
So either i have mild gyno now and can be reversed or im the lucky dude with a breast cancer tumor?
What do you guys think?
Should i try a pct no.3 again?

To be honest I don't even know if it is gyno on you, but I have had my gyno flare up long after a cycle, also at a time when I gained a lot of weight.
To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

How would such a nolva and letro protocol look like?
If it was gyno, do you think it would have grown some more? I initially thought its just a gland that was caused by some anti perspirant or something but I really don't know

It differs. My gyno kind of stays the same, puffyness just gets either more or less.

Your concern is bla bla bla...
CHAPELS advice is solid, but why treat gyno if you are not sure what it is.

www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/2-anabo...o-1-year-after-cycle
I tried letro and kessar, everytime I increased the letro dose it felt better but went back to the same size a couple of days later.
I went to sports doctor who actually knows something about steroids, he gave me meds (No idea what the name is at the moment), I have been on it for about 3 week and the lumps are almost gone.
Mine was a prolactin issue.

If possible, post the name of the meds.

Here is a short descipription of it.
PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION:
A 21.12 Hormone inhibitors.
PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
Bromocriptine, an ergot derivative, is a dopaminergic receptor stimulant. Dopamine, a neurotransmitter, has an effect on hypothalamic function, in particular it has an effect on prolactin secretion and can regulate growth hormone secretion. Bromocriptine inhibits the secretion of prolactin by the pituitary. Bromocriptine lowers elevated circulating growth hormone levels in acromegalics.
INDICATIONS:
1. Inhibition of lactation
Prevention or suppression of puerperal lactation for medical reasons. Bromocriptine is not recommended for the routine suppression of lactation, or for the relief of symptoms of postpartum pain and engorgement, which can be adequately treated with simple analgesics and breast support.
2. Menstrual cycle disorders and female infertility associated with hyperprolactinaemia.
3. Hyperprolactinaemia in men
Prolactin-related hypogonadism with loss of libido and impotence.
4. Prolactinomas
Conservative treatment of prolactin-secreting pituitary micro-adenomas or macro-adenomas.
Prior to surgery to reduce tumour size to facilitate removal or after surgery if prolactin level is still elevated.
